Capital Property Group

Creating a unified platform for a diverse business portfolio

How we simplified a complex website landscape

Capital Property Group (CPG) was managing nine separate WordPress sites for its various businesses, making updates and maintenance challenging. They needed a streamlined, unified approach to manage and grow their digital presence more effectively.

What we did

  • Website enhancement
  • Design system
  • Digital ecosystem architecture
  • Accessibility testing
  • Site migration

Designing with users in mind

Our first step was to understand the current digital landscape through workshops, research and data analysis. This helped us identify the core business needs and pain points, shaping the requirements for a new, user-focused technology platform.

A unified design system with flexibility

Through co-design workshops, we re-imagined their brand and design. We simplified each site’s structure and added accessible features to improve the experience for all users. We created tailored design tokens to provide rapid and flexible styling across different brands. Using a new set of website components under a single design system, we made the design and publishing process faster and more adaptable.

An integrated content management solution

We implemented a headless SaaS solution using DatoCMS, creating a flexible, efficient setup that integrates perfectly with existing tools like Vercel for edge computing, Salesforce, and customer APIs. This approach keeps the sites running smoothly, making content management easy across platforms. It also ensures fast performance and a seamless user experience.

A scalable, stable and secure digital ecosystem
